Supervision and Consultation Services
Services are tailored to the specific context (e.g., supervision, consultation, or evaluation), and the nature of the professional relationship will be clarified at the outset.
Supervision for Unlicensed Professionals
I provide supervision to unlicensed clinicians working toward licensure, offering a non-judgmental, supportive space to learn and grow. Supervision is a place to speak openly about clients, questions, and the uncertainties that come with becoming a clinician and figuring out your next steps. My person-centered, relational approach emphasizes curiosity, reflection, and care. Over time, supervision supports confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of oneself as a clinician, without shame or pressure to have it all figured out.
Supervision for Licensed Professionals
I provide supervision and consultation for licensed clinicians seeking ongoing growth, support, and space to reflect on their work. This includes consultation around complex cases, ethical questions, role transitions, and sustainability in clinical practice. I also offer remedial supervision for clinicians navigating professional concerns or regulatory feedback, approached in a supportive and non-punitive way. My supervision is person-centered and relational, focused on strengthening skills, clarity, and confidence. The goal is to support meaningful growth while helping clinicians feel steadier and more supported in their work.
Contracted Supervision
I work with colleges, universities, private practices, and training sites that want to support their clinicians while easing the strain on internal supervision resources. This includes providing external supervision for unlicensed clinicians, and consultation on clinical systems. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, with the goal of supporting both clinician growth and organizational sustainability.
