Erickson Clinical Supervision and Consultation is led by Sarah J. Erickson, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in clinical supervision, consultation, and higher education mental health services. She earned her doctorate in psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology and completed both her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral training at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. Erickson brings 2 decades of experience working within college and university counseling centers providing clinical and administrative supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians. Her professional background includes direct clinical service delivery, licensure supervision, leadership within counseling center settings, and consultation on supervision models and clinical systems. Her work is grounded in person-centered, relational supervision with an emphasis on ethical practice, clinical development, sustainability, and burnout prevention. She is licensed in Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia and provides supervision and consultation to clinicians and institutions across these states.
