Sarah J. Erickson, Psy.D.

Erickson Clinical Supervision and Consultation is led by Sarah J. Erickson, Psy.D., a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia with more than 20 years of experience in clinical practice, supervision, consultation, and behavioral health leadership. She earned her doctorate from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology and completed both her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral training at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Dr. Erickson spent much of her career in college and university mental health, providing direct clinical care while supervising licensed clinicians, predoctoral and postdoctoral trainees, and clinicians working toward independent licensure. Her experience also includes clinical leadership, program development, quality assurance, risk assessment, documentation and ethical practice, and consultation around clinical systems and standards of care.

Her work is relational, thoughtful, and practical, with particular attention to clinical judgment, professional development, ethical decision-making, sustainability, and the realities of doing complex clinical work over time.

Dr. Erickson works with clinicians, organizations, and institutions seeking experienced, grounded consultation and supervision across a range of clinical settings.
